Pack your own parcel

Fill your parcel with non-perishable foodstuffs and personal hygiene products. Foodstuffs must have a shelf life of at least six months. 

The postal parcel should be no larger than 100 x 60 x 60 cm and no heavier than 30 kg. 

We open up all the parcels, to check and sort the contents. This helps us ensure that the donated goods are in perfect condition for the recipients.  

The items are then distributed by the Red Cross cantonal associations to people living in poverty throughout Switzerland.
